What genres or kinds of writing does Pen to Paper allow?
Answer: Just about anything, really. Most of our current authors are fiction writers. However, we have had members who wrote travelogues, financial manuals, poetry, romance, and much else besides. If it has words, we’ll critique it.
I've written a novel. How do you critique a whole novel?
Answer: Usually, a chapter or two a week. Our authors write a synopsis at the top of their submissions outlining the main characters and the plot. This helps people who haven’t read it from the start to jump in.
I sent an e-mail to the admin of the meetup site but never got a response. Why?
Answer: Because he’s lazy and disorganized. He would suggest you dive in and come to a meeting.
Do I have to be a super awesome writer with tons of experience to join your group?
Answer: No. We accept writers of all levels from newbies to seasoned novelists.
